Vegan Banana and Oat Milk Pancakes

You won't believe that these pancakes are vegan. Moist and sweet, they make a perfect and healthy breakfast for families.
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200g plain flour
  1. Whisk bananas, oat milk and cinnamon until smooth(-ish)
  2. Add dry ingredients and whisk again
  3. The batter will be thick
  4. Using a non-stick pan (and vegetable oil to your taste), cook until bubbles dot the surface, 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Flip and cook the other side
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup, jam or your favorite spread
